The topiary motif is a metaphor for the influence dr. Higgins had on Eliza, how he shaped (ha!) her behaviour and appearance to his own liking. While his motivations were mainly selfish, he brought out the best in her nevertheless. I have created the 3D animated model in SpeedTree: for the shape control a 3rd party scan was used, under BY-NC-SA license. Shaded, lighted and rendered in Blender, composited in AfterEffects, typography done in Illustrator.
